Ingredients
- 14g Los Lajones Bambu coffee
- 250ml Volvic water at 93°C
Method
1. Rinse filter and preheat
2. Pour 50ml water, bloom for 30s
3. Pour 150ml water in circular motions
4. At 2:00, pour remaining water
5. Total brew time: 2:40
#02Moka Bunna Bet — Grand cru
Ingredients
- 14g Moka Bunna Bet
- 250ml Volvic water at 93°C
- 2 classic paper filters
Method
1. Rinse filters
2. Pour 50ml, bloom for 20s and stir
3. Pour 200ml water fast
4. At 0:50, start pressing
5. Press gently until 1:20
6. Dilute with 50ml water
#01Los Lajones Bambu — Exception
Ingredients
- 35g Los Lajones Bambu
- 450ml Volvic water at room temp
Method
1. Combine coffee and 200ml water in jar
2. Stir gently to ensure saturation
3. Steep for 15 hours (+/-1 hour) at room temp
4. Strain through fine mesh filter
5. Dilute with 250ml water (or ice)
